Submitting a form on this website creates a request only. A tour, seat, pickup time, price, route, guide, vehicle, boat connection, or cruise return plan is not confirmed until Belize Shared Adventures confirms availability and sends written payment instructions or confirmation details.
Availability, Timing, and Pickup
Tour availability can depend on date, guest count, weather, road conditions, park rules, marine conditions, guide availability, minimum group requirements, cruise schedules, and transfer timing. Guests are responsible for sending accurate pickup details, hotel name, cruise ship name, water taxi or flight timing, and any accessibility or health notes that may affect the tour.
Prices and Payment
Prices shown on the website are for planning and may need review before payment. Payment should only be made after availability, pickup details, and timing are reviewed. Any deposit, balance, due date, payment method, or payment link will be explained before the guest is asked to pay.
Guest Responsibilities
Guests are responsible for being ready at the confirmed pickup point and time, following guide instructions, respecting park and marine rules, bringing required identification or cruise information when needed, and choosing tours that fit their health, mobility, swimming ability, and comfort level.
Weather, Safety, and Route Changes
Belize tours can be affected by rain, river levels, sea conditions, traffic, road work, park restrictions, and operator safety decisions. Belize Shared Adventures may recommend a timing change, route change, alternate activity, reschedule, or cancellation when needed for safety or practical operation.
Third-Party Operators and Service Partners
Some services may involve licensed guides, transportation providers, boat operators, park staff, activity operators, payment processors, or other service partners. Guest details may be shared with those partners only as needed to review, organize, confirm, or operate the requested tour.
